Wash-off Labels

This 50u bright silver BOPP label combines a bright silver BOPP face film with a clear PET liner, offering superior performance for both visual appeal and functional labeling. The face material has a weight of 68±10% g/m² and a thickness of 0.05±10% mm, providing a balance of strength and flexibility. The special coating enhances the printability of the label, making it suitable for high-quality graphics and branding.

This labeling material consists of a glossy opalescent polypropylene film that offers a striking visual effect with its pearl-like shine. A general permanent water-based acrylic adhesive. EW is a washable,including the removal of PP materials from PET bottles and paper from glassbottles(80-90°C，1-2%NaOH，10-15min，300.1000rpm, APR standard). And EW delivers an initial peel adhesion of 7.5N/25mm, with excellent 20-minute peel adhesion results at 4.5N/25mm on steel.Resistance to shear from a standard surface 15 Hours FTM 8 st.st.Excellent performance on many packaging materials. Can be used for indirect sales of products such as food, electronics and cosmetics. It also facilitates the wash recycling of PET bottles and thermoformed containers.

This 50u clear BOPP label consists of a 67±10% g/m² thick biaxially oriented transparent Polyethylene film as the face material, coated for added durability and clarity. The liner is a clear PET film with a thickness of 0.03±10% mm, offering excellent release properties and ease of conversion. It features a 6~10N/25mm peel adhesion at room temperature, ensuring strong attachment to most surfaces, yet is removable without leaving adhesive residue after being exposed to 80-90°C hot water.
